Return Policy
Our Returns Policy is explained within the Returns, Refunds And Cancellation policy page.
In short, you have 7 days from delivery, including holidays, based on the date you have received the product, as depicted by our tracking method, to return an unused product for a return of the item cost or exchange the item with another item on our online shopping portal
Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and original packing used. Kindly comprise a copy of the initial shipping receipt along with a note indicating whether it is a return or an exchange.

You are responsible for all costs in returning the product (s) back to us. You may want to secure the product as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. For all exchanges please include $15.00 for return shipping costs. If the item to be received in exchange is a higher-priced item, please include that difference as well or notify us and we will contact you to work out an arrangement to receive the payment difference. If you would like to choose a less expensive product in exchange, we will return the difference of the two products to you minus postage charges.
Make sure you enter your phone number if you want to be contacted to charge any exchange fees.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.
The original invoice must be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Any item received after 7 days, or smells of smoke/perfume, or covered in hair, or otherwise obviously been deemed as used will be returned to you at your expense
All refunds will be applied to the original procedure of transaction. For instance, if a credit card was chosen to make the order, the refund is going to be applied to that credit card.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly when the order is submitted. Any delivery taken back to us as undeliverable will attract new fees and charges at the point of resending them back to the correct/relevant address.
Shipping
Shipping services are provided by third-party companies (Australia Post). Whilst Pashmina International will do everything possible to ensure that the shipment reaches you in a perfect condition, please refer to Australia Post guarantees, terms and policies at auspost.com.au.
Order Cancellations
Pashmina International typically ships all orders within the day and will accept order cancellations before the product/s purchased has been shipped. Customers are to rely on Pashmina International’s advice on whether an item has been shipped or awaiting shipment. Please note that tracking by postal services may be at a different time and can be different to our advice given the lag time in us presenting the shipment to Australia Post and they, tracking and marking their own systems.
Discrepancies on packing lists
Any disparity causing a plea for credit and or replacement must be reported within 1 business day of receipt by the customer and verified by Pashmina International.
Occasional Fraying of Pashmina/Wool/Silk
Fraying is a phenomenon that is common in natural/fibre/woolen products where strings/thread get exposed and wears away, becoming threadbare and ragged. This typically happens due to constant rubbing or inadvertently disturbing the bindings that are hand stitched within the wool/silk product.
Whilst unlikely, should you experience Fraying in one of your products purchased from our store, please note that IT IS NOT A DEFECT.
Whilst an option might be to hem the fabric, simply use a sharp pair of scissors (ideally Pinking Shears – the blades of which are saw-toothed instead of straight) and cut off the loose end of any fabric/string/fibre.
Pashmina International will not refund/return/exchange a product that has slight fraying, as it is NOT a product defect but is something that naturally occurs to hand stitched products using soft/fragile materials like pashminas, pashm or silk.
Defective Materials
Materials deemed to be defective by the customer must be inspected by either Pashmina International through samples supplied by the customer. Upon inspection it will be determined to either substantiate the defective claim or deny the claim. If the claim is substantiated then Pashmina International will discuss with the customer options of an exchange or a replacement, subject to stock levels. The customer might need to wait for up to 30 days for the replacement/exchange given our products are sourced from overseas and are made to order.

The entire content included in this particular website, counting but not restricted to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collaborative work under the Australian and other copyright laws, and is the exclusive property of Pashmina International. The common work contains works which are licensed to Pashmina International.
You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to particular material, download or print parts of the product from the shopping portal for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Pashmina International. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, syndication, exhibit or transference of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks
All emblem, service marks and trade names for Pashmina International used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks purchased by or in favour of Pashmina International.
Limitation of Liability
The Pashmina Store shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result through the use of, or the incapacity to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, even if/when Pashmina International has been advised of the possibility of these kinds of harms. Suitable law may not permit the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or resulting detriment, therefore the above limit or exemption may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In instances where a product within the web pages of Pashmina International may be incorrectly listed, Pashmina International reserves to right to cancel/refuse the order to go through at the price incorrectly printed. Pashmina International will do its duty of care to explain to customers the typo error and work with the customer to select the same product at a higher cost or a substitute at the same price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or purchasing procedure. These stipulations, or any portion of them, may be terminated by Pashmina International without any notice, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, compensation and sundry, shall begin any termination.

Your use regarding this site shall be dictated in all respects by the laws of Australia and/or legal authorities that govern the use of the web portals globally.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, phone, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden and is subject to Australian Federal /Police Laws.
