Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Pashmina International trades in works of fine arts that includes handling of delicate/soft/fragile materials that can lose its texture/composure /newness or standard if not treated carefully.

We do check EVERY product that leaves our store, so chances of you receiving anything less than what you have paid for is highly unlikely.

It is important that you understand that Pashmina International accepts NO LIABILITY if instructions have not been followed around treating/cleaning/washing/maintaining its products that you may have purchased. For example – Almost all of Pashmina International Products are to be dry-cleaned. If you, even accidentally, don’t follow those instructions, we will not be liable to return/refund/allow an exchange.

Returns and Refunds –

You have 7 days from delivery, including holidays, based on the date you have received the product, as depicted by our tracking system, to return an unused item for a refund of the product cost or exchange the item with another item on our online shopping portal.

Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and original wrapping applied. Kindly attach a duplicate of the original delivery receipt along with a note indicating whether it is a return or an exchange.

You are responsible for all costs in returning the merchandise (s) returning to us. You may possibly want to guarantee the package since we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. For all exchanges please include $15.00 for return shipping costs. If the item to be received in exchange is a higher-priced item, please include that difference as well or notify us and we will contact you to work out an arrangement to receive the payment difference. If you would like to choose a less expensive product in exchange, we will return the difference of the two products to you minus postage charges.

Make sure you provide your phone number in case you intend to be contacted to charge any exchange fees.

Kindly be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable.

The original invoice must be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Any item received after 7 days, or smells of smoke/perfume, or covered in hair, or otherwise obviously been deemed as used will be returned to you at your expense

All refunds will be applied to the original procedure of transaction. Such as, if a credit card has been implemented to make the order, the reimbursement will be carried out to that credit card.

Materials deemed to be defective by the customer must be inspected by either Pashmina International through samples supplied by the customer. Upon inspection it will be determined to either substantiate the defective claim or deny the claim. If the claim is substantiated then Pashmina International will discuss with the customer options of an exchange or a replacement, subject to stock levels. The customer might need to wait for up to 30 days for the replacement/exchange given our products are sourced from overseas and are made to order.

Correct/Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly when the purchase is submitted. Every delivery come back to us as undeliverable will attract new fees and charges at the point of resending them back to the correct/relevant address.

Shipping

Shipping services are provided by third-party companies (Australia Post). Whilst Pashmina International will do everything possible to ensure that the shipment reaches you in a perfect condition, please refer to Australia Post guarantees, terms and policies.

Order Cancellations

Pashmina International typically ships all orders within the day and will accept order cancellations before the product/s purchased has been shipped. Customers are to rely on Pashmina International’s advice on whether an item has been shipped or awaiting shipment. Please note that tracking by postal services may be at a different time and can be different to our advice given the lag time in us presenting the shipment to Australia Post and them, tracking and marking their own systems.
