Shipping

ShippingAs we are an Online Store, Shipping plays a very important part of our delivery channel and in our relationship with you.

We use Australia Post Services for customers within Australia and New Zealand and/or Express Post Services on special circumstances or when requested by our customers.

Our shipping is governed by Australia Post which therefore in most cases mean, we do not fully control our shipping mechanism to our customers.

For further details on shipping, delivery and disputes, please refer to the Australia Post website.

On instances where you have requested for Express Post shipping, we can follow up on your behalf with Australia Post re delivery and/or any delays there-of. We will in such cases, typically also provide you with a tracking number for your convenience of tracking.

Should you not receive a shipment for us within reasonable timeframes, please contact us on: sales@pashminainternational.com.au and we will assist you in tracking down your shipment.

Australia Post’s Parcel Post (Medium) Satchel is used for all shipments within Australia.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars ( AUD $).
We are currently helping in Event Management and Letting out (on Hire) some key equipment required for most events.
